Trial Technologies
At ONLAW Trial Technologies, LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering consulting advice and services from a trial lawyer’s perspective. Unlike similar consulting firms that lack staff attorneys, or attorneys with broad litigation experience, we begin our consulting projects with an initial assessment from our president, Bruce A. Olson. Mr. Olson is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell, and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, having been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocates in 1997, and re-certified in 2002 and 2007.
Mr. Olson has tried over sixty jury trials to verdict in either the Federal District Courts or the Circuit Courts of Wisconsin, and has handled appeals at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has participated in some of the largest and most complex civil cases filed in his home state of Wisconsin as both a lawyer and as a key technology resource. He is also a nationally recognized legal technologist, and was the recipient of the prestigious “TechnoLawyer of the Year 2002” @ Award, awarded by the TechnoLawyer Community.
Mr. Olson combines a unique set of skills that enables him to effectively transition between the legal world and the world of legal technology. This allows him to work effectively with attorneys and trial teams, in conjunction with litigation support vendors and service providers, to provide a technologically advanced approach to managing litigation and utilizing technology at trial. In addition to Mr. Olson, we offer experienced litigation support professionals and other highly regarded specialized professionals as part of our team. Whether your case is large or small, simple or complex, we have the ability to meet your legal technology needs.
